AirPlus International is a global provider of business travel payment solutions for corporations. Many products are offered to support business travel payment, accounting and analysis functions.
In 2009 we have been asked by the Board to deliver a market entry study on Russia.
Today this study remains part of the decision making process of AirPlus if how and when they will enter also this important market.
HRS operates a global electronic hotel reservation system for business and private travelers based on a database of more than 250,000 hotels in all price categories in Germany, Europe and the rest of the world.
In 2010 we have been asked by the owner to support their Russian organization in entering the B2B segment following a successful start in B2C. We delivered a study, and opened numerous doors for potential partnership.
In 2012 the Russian General Director left HRS and we supported the transition period by interim management and further business development.
ABT, the Russian Association of Business Travel, is an independent, non-profit association of corporate buyers of business travel related services.
Since 2010 we support ABT in their development in the Russian market. Meanwhile ABT is the official Russian partner of ACTE, has more than 120 buyers as permanent participants, arranges educational sessions, trains travel managers and travel agents and has a wide media coverage informing on trends and developments in the business travel industry.
We are also main contributors to the annual Yearbook ABT edits.
Merck ranks among the world’s leading pharmaceutical, chemical and life science companies. They operate their businesses in four divisions: Merck Serono (biopharmaceuticals), Consumer Health (over-the-counter pharmaceuticals), Performance Materials (high-tech chemicals) and Merck Millipore (life science tools).
End of 2009 Merck opened a tender to find a new and common TMC across their eight main countries in Europe. We have supported this tender with our expertise and market understanding.
We have given strategic input to the content of the RFP, selection of participants, selection of the winning TMC and contract negotiation.
ITP, established in 1985, is one of the world's most experienced networked alliances of independent travel management companies with a growing portfolio of multinational business travel clients. ITP offers support for all aspects of corporate travel as well as inbound arrangements and other specialist travel services.
Since 2011 we support the business development of ITP. The first task was to find them a partner for Germany, which was a major white spot. After we were able to convince First Business Travel as being the new German partner we have been asked to support ITP and their network of partners with training and dedicated support of customer development and retention.
Founded in 1987, and headquartered in Madrid, Amadeus is the world's leading technology provider to the travel industry, providing marketing, distribution and IT services worldwide.
In 2012 we were asked to support Amadeus Russia in transforming from a pure GDS to a Travel Technology Company. As a first step we delivered a business development study which was based on an as is analysis, including competition and customers leading to conclusions and suggestions. Amadeus is basing their development to a large extent on this study and has demanded further hands on support in management coaching and training starting 2014.
